  • U13-U15 divisions will consist of two 30-minute periods.
  • U11-U12 divisions will consist of two 25-minute periods.

Tournament Online Check-In


Online check-in is mandatory via your Got Soccer team page. Teams will submit all relevant documents into the available space on GotSoccer.

To complete the online check-in please follow these instructions.
1. Go to GotSoccer team page
2. Click on the event located under “Event Registration History”
3. Click on the “Documents” tab on the far right
4. Load Documents

Your approved roster will be approved through Gotsport. Once you see the GREEN check mark on the document, you are good to print rosters and bring them to each match. Each match refs will check rosters and player cards of only approved rosters.
Below are the required documents you will need to load:
1. Approved/Certified Roster from your State/National Association
2. Player Passes
3. Permission To Travel (not required for teams in Region 3 or US Club teams)
**All uploaded files should be in PDF format. Documents uploaded in JPEG format will not be accepted. No photos of documents will be accepted.


We do not need to see Medical Release Forms at registration, however, it is mandatory that each player have a completed Medical Release form with them at each game.

• Each team can have up to six (6) guest players
• Obtain the guest player’s current player card and medical release form
• Add the guest player to your roster copy. Please hand write their full name, unique jersey number, player identification number, and birthday below the existing rostered players.
• Include Guest Players’ player cards with the rest of your team information when emailing documents
• Do not email medical release forms for guest players but you are required to have them present at all games.

Special Note on Guest Players: US Club Soccer teams may only take guest players registered under US Club Soccer, and USYS teams may only take guest players registered with properly stamped USYS player pass cards.
